Return & Refund Policy

At Motherhood Overloaded, we prioritize your satisfaction. As our products are made-to-order through Printify, we adhere to their return and refund policies.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  1. Submit an issue through our Contact Form or email us at casie@mhoverloaded.com.
  2. Provide clear photographs showing the problem.
  3. If multiple items are affected, include a photo or video displaying all items together.

Upon verification, we will offer a free replacement or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size, color, or design choices made by the customer.
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.

Delivery Issues

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery failure:

  • You may request a reprint for an additional charge.
  • Alternatively, a partial refund may be issued.

Print Placement Tolerance

For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, a 0.5-inch variation in print placement is considered acceptable and not deemed a defect.
